Professional Dispositions Statement I believe all students can do hard things and excel in learning with proper inspiration. I strive to be their inspiration to climb the difficult mountain in high school education. I will help students set realistic goals to motivate a growth mindset. I believe students can overcome diversity and challenge with support from their community, including family, friends, peers, teachers, and administration. Through personal education and growth, I will respect the cultural differences in my school and classroom. I will strive to be a positive role model for all students through my attitude, presentation, speech, and dress. All students shall have equal opportunity to excel in class, regardless of any mental or physical limitations. I will work with these students to help ensure their understanding and ability to be proficient in my class. All expectations I hold for students such as, honesty and academic integrity, I will model to guarantee their understanding I will uphold high standards of not only my students but also of myself and colleagues.
